Well, this week wasn't as good as I hoped it would be but a negative number is much better than a positive number. I lost 1.8 lbs this week. I will continue to write down everything I eat as I know that is what keeps me most accountable. Here's to a new week and another good loss next week.
Update: I finally figured out my pedometer yesterday and realized that I have been doing over 5k for at least a week if not more. YAY!!
