Well, I have to say that doing some exercise has paid off. I have gone to the gym or done some sort of exercise 8 out of the last 14 days and today when I weighed in I lost another 3.4 lbs. I have 9.4 to go to reach my 100 goal and I've got 3 weeks to do it. It's a bit of a lofty goal but what have I got to lose (except extra weight and inches).
