What a difference a little bit of pre-planning makes. This weekend I cooked a couple chicken breasts and made a batch of spaghetti sauce with enough vegetables in to make up 6 complete meals. It has been so nice to be able to come home and grab one, put it in the microwave and have dinner ready. So, this week I lost 3.6 lbs for a total of 90.8 lbs. I also got measured and have lost 1" for a total of 40" lost.

Yipeeeeee! Way to go! Almost 4lbs! I got home last night & Jeremy said you had called to share the good news. I'm so proud of you! It really is amazing how much of a difference pre-planning your meals can make.
