Well, last week I lost 3.6 lbs so I got close to reversing the effects of my vacation. This week I lost another .6 lb. It wasn't as much as it should have been but then that means that I've got to stick to proper eating. This next week, my plan is to pre-plan a bit better so that I can have a much bigger loss next week.

Good job on the .6 lost! Better than gaining.
Jeremy's noticing now that if he cheats for 2 meals, he starts to gain weight. It's helping him to stay on track more. And he's doing much better with his water intake. Planning ahead helps him too. Do you ever make up a meal plan for the week (or even 2-3 wks)? It takes the guess-work out of meal ideas which then means we eat healthier & cheaper!
I'm looking forward to next week's results!
