1 Year & 19 Weeks
Well, it seems I got off the roller coaster at the last stop. I not only lost what I had gained last week but a couple extra as well for a total of 7 lb lost. So, I am now at a total of 80 lbs lost. I am trusting that I am on the right train this time and not a roller coaster again.

Yeah Barb. Way to go. You must feel good this week. And you can say you lost weight over Halloween, where as most of us cannot.
