Well, I was hoping to do a chart showing my weightloss but I can't seem to get it to work so I will continue to work on it. However, in the last 2 weeks I have lost another 2 pounds so that's good. I'm finding it harder and harder to be good but at least the weight is continuing to come off. I've now lost 74 pounds in 1 year and 2 weeks.

You're amazing, Barb! I understand the difficulty in sticking with this long-term; it's easy to cheat and give up. But you are being persistant! Keep going! You're doing great!
Hey, have you ever checked out "Kalyn's Kitchen" on my blog? Her link is on the right-hand side under Websites I Enjoy. She has lots of great recipes (mostly South Beach type) but all healthy. It might help to keep you inspired!
