Week 12

It's now been 12 weeks and I have lost a total of 32.4 lbs. I am really starting to notice it in my clothes that are getting baggy and others are starting to notice and mention it. I had a couple rough weeks where I hardly lost anything but we figured out what I was doing wrong and the weight is coming off again.




The baby with me is my cousin Randy's daughter, Shaelyn. They came out to Abbotsford last week for our Grandpa's funeral.

This is my immediate family including my mom and dad, my sister and her family and my grandma (she's 99). It was really hard to know which camera to look at as there were 3 taking the picture at the same time.
