Week 23

I lost another 1.8 lbs this week to make it a total of 53.8 lbs in 22 weeks. I also got measured and I've lost another 3.5 inches for a total of 24.5 inches. My counsellor was looking at my file and was really impressed because I haven't gained once in the past 23 weeks. I've stayed the same twice and only lost .2 of a pound one week but other than that it's been a steady loss. Needless to say, she was very encouraged.

Week 22

Well, I finally did it. I made it past the big 5-0. This week at weigh-in I lost another 3.2 to make it a total of 52 lbs lost. For the last couple weeks I've been trying to get over the hump and finally have done it.
